I'm not sure of this exactly, but I think I came out of the womb on a diet. I can pretty much track my existence by diet fad/weight loss regime. We'll begin at age 9, T.O.P.S "Take off pounds sensibly. I can recall getting several pins for my weightlosses, probably because I was growing, not because of what I ate or didn't eat. Age 12, the "starve thyself diet", not that I was ever really successful at that one, I liked food too much, obviously. Age 14-16, going to the gym 6 days a week and eating like a squirell method. Age 18-23 the, going to college and gaining everything my 16 year old self lost for me anit-diet. Age 23-27 the yo-yo binge and starve and balloon out of control diet. Okay that about covers it.
So that was where my diet's began, and this is where my diet's end. I've decided that it's time for a lifestyle change. Basically I have to warp to 9 years old and learn how to feed myself the proper food and get off my hiney. I will be undoing the damage to my metabolism I have done over these many years and, I will be recording the learning proccess, the moments when I'm happy, and the moments when I want to chew my arm off because my metabolism will finally be working again. :-)
